The short answer

A useful prompt names both reference characters, says exactly who transforms and describes the actions in order. Keep the camera simple, request recognisable faces and avoid graphic injury. Longer story beats need enough video time to unfold.

Before you create

  • Use two portraits or one photo of both of you.
  • Photo 2 turns into the zombie; in a shared photo, the person on the right turns.
  • Vertical 9:16 by default. Choose the model, length and resolution before rendering.
  • Generation requires credits and an available AI service.

What belongs in a zombie trend prompt?

  • Identity: use the uploaded reference faces for Character A and Character B.
  • Roles: A remains human; B has ashen skin but the same recognisable face.
  • Action: establish the confrontation, lower the weapon, move into the hug, then show the memory.
  • Style: specify camera, light, duration and format without contradictory instructions.

Prompt 1: recognition, the hug and the memory

Use a model that accepts two reference photos. This is an original example to adapt to that tool’s input format; results and supported durations vary.

Create a cinematic scene using the two supplied faces. Character A remains human. Character B is a recognisable, non-graphic zombie with pale skin and faint dark veins. In a quiet, abandoned city, A pauses, recognises B and reaches out with empty hands. Every interaction is gentle, with no weapons or threats. B steps closer and they hold each other. End with a gentle transition to the same two people, healthy and happy in warm evening sunlight. Keep both identities consistent, expressions subtle and camera movement slow. No blood, injury, dialogue or text.

Prompt 2: a simple zombie hug

A single action is easier to fit into a shorter clip. This version leaves out the weapon and the flashback so the embrace has room to feel natural.

Use the two reference portraits for a quiet emotional embrace. Keep Character A human and transform Character B with cool grey skin and subtle dark veins, preserving the face. They stand close in a softly blurred, abandoned street. A recognises B, reaches out and holds B in a tender hug. Slow camera push, soft overcast light, natural movement and consistent facial features. No gore, weapons, text or dialogue.

Keep the faces and roles consistent

A clear, unfiltered face gives the AI a stronger reference. The aim is to retain the person’s recognisable features while changing their skin and the setting. AI can still alter details, so review the result before sharing it.

Do not alternate between names such as “the woman”, “the zombie” and “the partner” if they could be confused. Keep A and B fixed throughout. Too many cuts, changing outfits and long action lists can make continuity harder.

Length, format and music

The default is a vertical 9:16, 12-second clip for Reels, TikTok and Shorts. You can choose a different supported length and aspect ratio in the studio. Longer clips cost more credits; the quoted cost updates before you generate.

The intended soundtrack is a gentle instrumental score without dialogue. There is no single official trend song. If you want your own track, add licensed audio in your social app after downloading the video.

Use the built-in effect without writing a prompt

Add two clear portraits, or select one shared photo with both faces visible. Photo 1 is the survivor and Photo 2 becomes the zombie; in a shared photo the person on the right turns. Choose Zombie Story, review the model, length, format and credit cost, then sign in to generate.

There is no free video. The listed Single pack is $3.99 for 10 credits; a standard 720p, 12-second video uses 10 credits. Other models, resolutions and lengths use different amounts. Checkout and rendering are available only when their services are enabled.
