About this policy

This policy describes information handled when you use ZombieCouple at zombiecouple.net. For questions or privacy requests, contact support@zombiecouple.net.

Information you provide

When you create an account, we process your email address, account name and authentication information. The service stores account sessions and information needed to operate credits, orders, support requests and generation history.

When you use the video studio, you provide photos, selected effects and generation settings. These photos may include faces of you or other people. Upload only images you have permission to use, and obtain the consent of anyone pictured.

How photos and videos are used

We use uploaded images to create the video you request. Images and generation instructions may be sent to the configured AI provider for processing. The provider may have its own processing and retention policies. The studio is not a live camera filter and does not need access to your camera to work with an uploaded photo.

Uploads and generated results may be stored so the service can complete generation and show your history. Treat any shareable asset link as accessible to someone who possesses it. Do not upload confidential documents, intimate images or content you do not want processed by the service and its providers.

Payments and service operation

When payments are available, the payment provider processes payment details. We store order identifiers, purchase status and credits needed to fulfil the purchase. We do not need your complete card number in our application database.

Technical information such as request logs, error information and session data may be processed to operate the site, prevent abuse and troubleshoot failed requests. The site uses cookies or similar storage for authentication, language and display preferences.

Service providers

The service uses infrastructure providers for hosting and storage and may use configured AI, email, authentication and payment providers. Information needed to perform the requested operation is shared with the relevant provider. Processing may occur in countries other than your own.

Retention and deletion

Account and transaction information is retained as needed to provide the service, maintain records and resolve disputes. Generation records and stored media may remain until deleted or removed through a support request; no automatic deletion interval is promised by this policy. Some records may need to be retained for legal, security or accounting reasons.

To request access, correction or deletion of your data, email support from the address associated with your account. We may ask for information needed to verify that the request concerns your account. Copies already downloaded or shared by another person are outside our control.

Your choices

You can choose not to upload photos, change supported account details in Settings, and contact support about account deletion. Browser cookie controls are also available, although blocking authentication cookies may prevent sign-in. Do not submit another person’s face without their permission.

We may update this policy when the service changes. The date above identifies the current version. Material questions can be sent to support@zombiecouple.net.
