Terms of Service

Using the service

These terms apply to ZombieCouple at zombiecouple.net. By using the service, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not submit photos or use the generation service. Questions can be sent to support@zombiecouple.net.

Accounts

Provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity through your account. Do not impersonate another person or access an account without permission. The service is intended for adults; do not create an account if you cannot legally agree to these terms.

Photos, consent and acceptable use

You must have the rights and permission needed to upload and process an image. Obtain consent from people whose faces you use. Do not submit sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, unlawful material, deceptive impersonations or content intended to harass or harm someone. Do not use a generated scene as evidence that a real person did or experienced something.

The zombie effects are fictional entertainment. Generated weapons, transformations and memories do not depict real events. Clearly identify AI-generated material when sharing it in a context where viewers could mistake it for reality.

AI results

AI output can change faces, create visual mistakes or fail to match an expected action. We do not guarantee a particular likeness, artistic outcome or completion time. Preview the examples and settings, then review your result before posting. The availability of models and generation depends on the configured providers.

You retain rights you have in your uploads. You allow the service and its processing providers to use those files as needed to produce and deliver the requested result. Ownership or copyright protection of an AI output may depend on applicable law; we do not promise exclusive rights in generated material.

Credits, purchases and subscriptions

Generation consumes the credit amount shown before submission. Different models, durations and resolutions may have different costs. Purchases are available only when checkout is enabled. Review the displayed product, amount, currency and renewal interval before paying.

One-time packs and recurring plans are different products. Subscription renewals, cancellation and credit validity follow the terms displayed for the selected plan at purchase. Cancel through Billing or contact support if you cannot access your subscription settings. Failed generation tasks return the credits consumed for that task.

Refund requests are handled under the Refund Policy. A visual result you dislike is different from a technical task failure; contact support with the task identifier for review.

Availability and access

The service may be interrupted by maintenance, provider outages or capacity limits. We may restrict access where necessary to address abuse, security issues or violations of these terms. We may change features and pricing prospectively; existing completed purchases are recorded in your order history.

Responsibility

You are responsible for your uploads and how you use or share generated material. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without a promise that every output will meet your expectations. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
