Contact support

For a payment or generation issue, email support@zombiecouple.net from your account email address. Include the order or task identifier, the date and a description of what happened. Do not send your full card number or password.

Failed generations

A task that reaches a failed status returns the credits consumed for that task. If the task failed but the balance was not restored, contact support with its identifier so we can investigate. A provider delay or a task still processing is not yet a completed failure.

Completed videos

AI generation can vary in likeness, motion and artistic style. A completed video that differs from your expectations is not automatically treated as a technical failure. Contact support with the specific issue for review before submitting another generation.

Purchases and charges

If you believe you were charged incorrectly or twice, or you purchased unused credits by mistake, contact us promptly. We review the payment record, credit use and circumstances of the request. We do not promise automatic approval for every request. Any refund required by applicable law remains available.

Approved monetary refunds are returned through the original payment method where supported. Payment-provider and bank processing times vary. Credits associated with a refunded purchase may be removed to prevent their reuse.

Subscriptions

Cancel a subscription through your Billing page to stop future renewals. If you cannot access the cancellation control, contact support. Cancellation does not automatically reverse an already completed charge; request a separate review if you believe that charge should be refunded.

Before buying

Check the selected plan, renewal interval, amount and credit allowance before you pay. Checkout is unavailable until a payment service is enabled. No payment is required merely to browse the site or inspect example videos.
